About me

Victor Cayan

I start from real behavior, not assumptions: usage data, interviews, and the mental models people already carry into a product. Working across regulated industries has taught me to hold legal, technical, and business constraints in one hand while still designing for a person under stress in the other.

Outside of work, I'm interested in game design and digital products. I like to seek inspiration using new tools, as well as in architecture and geography (also, I'm a good Geoguessr player).
